FAQ
What is your minimum order quantity for custom designs?
For fully custom molds (new shapes), MOQ is 200 pieces per design for necklaces, bracelets, anklets and earrings. For rings it is 200 pieces for open rings and 150 pieces per ring size for closed rings.
How long does sampling take?
Simple modifications such as logo engraving or chain length changes take 15–20 days. Completely new molds take 25–35 days.
Do you ship to the USA and EU directly?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx or sea freight, and handle all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
What are your production lead times?
For rings, bulk production normally takes 25–35 days after sample approval. Lead times vary by design complexity and order volume — tell us your timeline and we will confirm before you commit.
Can you produce small batches for a new brand?
Yes. We keep a mature sample inventory and receive new stock every month, so low-MOQ and ready-to-ship orders are supported alongside fully custom production.
What can be customised?
Logo engraving, chain length, pendant shape, plating colour, packaging and branding. Our in-house design team covers everything from overall styles down to individual components.
