The process for custom necklace design is as follows:
Initial Consultation: Share your ideas, images, or designs with us. This can include style preferences, materials, and any specific details you want.
Design Development: Our team will create a design draft based on your input. We'll collaborate with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations.
Prototype Creation: Once the design is finalized, we will create a 3D drawings of your custom necklace/pendant. This allows you to see your design at different aspect ,and approve the design before tooling.
3D wax mold create Once you approved the final prototype ,we will create the physical 3D wax mold, at this stage you could check the deisgn in 3D view ,and how it looks on real model before it offically goes into tooling/molding.
Approval and sampling: After you approve the 3D drawing / 3D wax Prototype, we proceed with the tooling.At this stage no more change for the tooling/mould. Our skilled craftsmen will create your earrings samples with high-quality materials and attention to detail.After sample done, we will send to you for final approval before mass production.
Mass Prodcution:Mass proudction will proceed at once after you confirm the sample/price/qty.Normally mass production leadtime will be 25-60days base on the difficulty of the products.
Quality Check and Delivery: We conduct a thorough quality check to ensure your earrings meet our high standards. Once pass QC, we will ship them to you or arrange for pickup.
